Radial — CLI-first issue tracking
An issue tracker.
That's it.
The fast, CLI-first issue tracker from the good old days, built for how teams ship now. Run it from your terminal. Bring your own agent. Keep your money.
Works seamlessly with
The movement
Software stopped doing one thing well. We're going back.
No copilot.
Somewhere along the way, every tool you use decided it was an AI company. It grew a chatbot, a summarizer, an agent nobody asked for. We spent that engineering time making the tracker fast instead.
No credits.
Your issue tracker shouldn't have a usage meter. There's nothing to meter. No tokens, no top-ups, no “fair use” asterisk, no AI surcharge quietly becoming a price increase.
No surprises.
The roadmap is boring on purpose: open fast, search instantly, stay out of the way. Radial will be an issue tracker next year, and the year after that.
The Plain Software Pledge
Radial will never ship a copilot, never meter your usage, and never charge you for AI you didn't ask for. The day we break this pledge, your subscription is free.
Read the full manifesto →The product
Fast like software used to be.
Every interaction is instant, whether you drive it from the terminal or the keyboard. Create, triage, assign, and close in a keystroke or a command, never waiting on a spinner.
Keyboard or terminal
C to create, or radial create from your shell. Every action has a key and a command. The palette knows the rest.
Instant search
Every issue, comment, and project indexed locally. Results appear as you type, not after.
Views that keep up
List, board, calendar, backlog, cycles. Group, sub-group, and filter however your team thinks. It renders before you blink.
A short comparison
The industry pivoted. We didn't.
Quotes on the left are real marketing copy from tools you've heard of.
Bring your own agent
We didn't build an agent.
We built what agents need.
Your team already has Claude Code, Codex, or whatever ships next week. Radial speaks to all of them through a first-class CLI and MCP server — your agent, your model, your bill. We're the system of record, not another AI subscription.

- — Your agent files, triages, and closes issues on its own
- — Use your own agent, no additional “AI credit” cost
Previews
Your agent builds the prototype. Radial gives it a URL.
Agents mock ideas up in single-file HTML. radial attach RAD-42 prototype.html prints an authed Preview URL; anyone in the workspace opens it, flips between every prototype on the issue, and comments on the file. No deploy, no hosting, no screenshot decaying in a Slack thread — and each prototype renders in a sandbox that can't touch your session.
Integrations
Wired into your Git repo.
Connect GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket (cloud or self-hosted) and let your issues follow the code. Nobody updates a status by hand.
Link PRs & commits
Mention RAD-219 in a branch, commit, or pull request and Radial links it to the issue automatically.
Auto-advance your workflow
Issues move themselves as the linked PR opens, gets reviewed, and merges. Per team, your rules.
Close on merge
Merge a PR that says “Closes RAD-219” into your default branch and the issue closes itself.
Two-way issue sync
Mirror provider issues into a team and push Radial issues back out. Statuses and comments stay in lockstep.
PR backlinks
Radial drops a link to the issue on every connected pull request, so context lives on both sides.
Self-hosted ready
GitHub Enterprise, self-managed GitLab, and Bitbucket Data Center, not just the cloud.
